Freediver.club now available in ChatGPT — the first training app for freedivers

freediver.club is now available as an app in ChatGPT — as the first training app for freedivers in this category. Once you connect your account, ChatGPT has access to your workouts and can analyze them, answer questions, and help plan upcoming sessions — in natural conversation, with no extra setup required.

How to connect your account

Connecting takes just a few seconds. Go to the Apps section in ChatGPT and search for freediver.

Click the result, then click the Connect button. You'll be redirected to sign in to freediver.club — once signed in, the connection is ready.

What you can do after connecting

Once connected, ChatGPT can see your planned and completed workouts, exercise structure, RPE ratings, and notes. You can ask questions just like you'd talk to a person:

›"@Freediver Summarize my training over the last 4 weeks" — ChatGPT will review your history and draw conclusions about consistency, volume, and progress.
›"@Freediver Am I ready for a competition in 3 weeks?" — an assessment based on real data, not generic advice.
›"@Freediver Plan a STA session for tomorrow, I have 45 minutes" — ChatGPT will create a workout and add it to your plan.
›"@Freediver When did I last train DNF and how did it go?" — quick access to your history without scrolling through the app.

ChatGPT or Claude MCP?

freediver.club works with both AI assistants. ChatGPT Apps is the simpler entry point — just search for the app and click Connect. MCP integration with Claude offers more capabilities for advanced users and coaches. You can use both at the same time.
